Are There Things You Haven't Tried Yet?

Have you really tried everything you can think of to make your business a success? I know that while I have been working on my business for nearly three years, there are definitely things I haven't tried. Partly because I haven't figured exactly out how yet, and am lacking confidence; others because I haven't been able to find the time; and I know there are plenty of ideas and projects out there that I don't even know about yet!

We can get downtrodden and exasperated, feeling like we have tried everything and are still struggling. The truth is, however, we probably have not really tried everything...

So, when is the right time to try those untried ideas? What is so wrong with now? If there are things that you have been putting off, or ideas that could benefit your business that you have been putting off trying because you are afraid you will not do it right, or worried about whether or not it will work, why not do some more investigating and give it a try? Why not see if you can find a mentor or teacher or someone to help you get the courage to try those different ideas--sometimes having another person standing by can give us the courage to try those things we have been hesitant to try.

Do you have box or file folder somewhere in which you have stuffed ideas, notes, books, and articles? Chances are there is at least one thing that you have always thought might make your business more efficient or more inspired and you just haven't mustered the courage or energy to give it a go. What is wrong with trying those untried things right now? This year? Why not make that one of your annual goals to try some of those ideas you've been putting off?
