The other day I had some trouble finding my desk. I thought that it might be right where I had left it, but when I went to look for it all I saw was a mountain of paper. The United States Senate will vote this week on the Small Business Jobs Act. The bill is expected to pass the Senate, but it will not become law until it is reconciled with small business legislation that was passed by the House of Representatives in June.
