Thinking About Goals....by Debbie LaCroix | More from this Blogger 13 Dec 2006 08:58 AM Ahhh, it's that time of year again. I'm almost done with 2006 and getting ready for 2007. Time to set goals. Some years it is really easy for me to do this. At one point in my life I had a ton of energy and an attitude that "I can do anything!" I always set my goals high and hit them. This year was a year of realism for me. My husband and I have experienced outside factors of life that made me realize I am human. To tell you the truth, a lot of this has just taken a ton of energy out of me. I no longer feel I can do anything and am suddenly afraid of failure. Wow, that is hard for me to admit! I've noticed when I focus on something, I can attain it. That focus is blurry right now. I have found myself in two businesses, one that I love and involves my children and another that I can see the potential. The next few days I plan to spend time reflecting on if I can do both, and if so which one will be my number one. What I do know is I want to focus more on my website and consulting business as well. I plan to make it a very strong resource of jobs and home based business with tips on getting started and succeeding. Here are the goals I need to set: Business: My business goals will include sales goals and any incentives I plan to achieve. Personal: My personal goals will include getting in shape, feeding my brain, and volunteering. Family: This will include my children and my husband. Financial: I need to focus on investing, spending or cutting back, and looking at where we are financially and where we want to be. Here is to achieving all our goals and being the best we can be!
